Job Description The Mitigation Su[pervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the company's emergency services, mitigation and environmental services for a Denver based restoration company. You will have oversight for the warehouse and its equipment, and responsible for staffing, training and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing environmental, restoration, and emergency services by overseeing emergency water work, mold and abatement projects. Oversee and manage the staff & crews Be proactive in communicating with staff, homeowners, Technicians, Estimator, Management and other team members Responsibility for vehicle and equipment inventory and maintenance. Monitoring after hours claims. Developing and maintaining on-call schedule. Qualifications Qualifications: 5+ years experience Managing restoration losses and staff for a disaster restoration company IICRC Water Restoration certificate. ASD, Mold and Commercial Drying preferred Outstanding management skills, demonstrated leadership, and fiscal management experience Ability to effectively delegate Maintain a "big picture" strategic view with an ability to solve problems Ability to translate policies into daily routine operations Motivational practices and excellent presentation skills Strong writing and communications abilities Advanced leadership skills and multitasking Ensure coordination of efforts between departments (e.g., Customer Care) for consistent communications and customer satisfaction. Performs regular field inspections to ensure SRR standards are being met. Industry Expertise and Personal Development: The Mitigation Manager is expected to have the knowledge regarding the developments and current trends in the industry. This includes attending professional workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the art practices and participating in professional societies. The Director of Mitigation will generate opportunities to share this expertise with employees on a consistent basis. Valid Driver's license required Must pass a background check
