Looking for reliable handyman

Hi, I am an independent landlord in Lorain who is looking for a new handyman. This primarily includes painting, drywall, trim carpentry, changing outlets and switches, hanging doors, laying and removing LVP flooring, installing medicine cabinets, toilets, and vanities, and miscellaneous other things. I am looking for someone trustworthy and most of all RELIABLE. Pay would be per job, with contracts, but the important thing is that I have someone I can call who can answer the phone, and take care of problems that come up. I would be willing to pay a monthly retainer for preferential treatment in lieu of the fact that there can be a lot of time between jobs. No drain cleaning or other major jobs such as electrical installations or fuse box jobs will be required. If you have a list of references or online reviews, that is a plus. I am also looking for RELIABLE and PROACTIVE snow removal for the winter, so if you can do this too, then this is another big plus.
