We're looking to immediately hire a cleaning professional to join and grow with our team. We are a premium cleaning business in the Duluth area that services Eastern and Northern Atlanta. We provide our services to residential and commercial clients to help with routine and deep cleaning needs. Candidates for this position will be responsible for picking up/dropping off the team in Duluth and cleaning scheduled houses with their team across the Atlanta area on a daily basis and will eventually work alone with the team without supervision. All supplies, uniforms, tools, etc are provided. Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour for the first 30 days while training on how we clean houses under the supervision of another lead. At 60 days, you will be at $14.50 per hour while continuing your training in our standard cleaning practices. At 90 days you will be at $15.00 per hour and begin your training in supervision and quality checking as you learn how to be a lead. By 6 months from the initial start date you will be leading a team and at your final hourly pay of $16 per hour until your next raise or promotion. All raises and promotions are entirely performance based and may occur sooner or later than this compensation schedule explains. Additional Compensation will be $20 per each day worked for team pick up/drop off assistance. Other bonus pay opportunities exist in the form of client and company tips for good performance as well as extra hours/overtime if interested. Sign On Bonus is $200 and yours to keep as long as you work at least 6 months with the company. Hours worked for this position will be between 45-50 hours per week (This includes drive times). The time that you finish each day depends on how quickly and efficiently you and your team are able to complete the scheduled houses. You will be compensated for drive time between houses. You're considered on the clock from the time you get to the first house of the day to when you finish the last house of the day. Regular work days are Monday-Friday and you can be offered work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays if you are interested. Working on weekends and holidays is 100% optional and never scheduled unless you indicate this is something you want upfront. Company Vehicle will be provided for your use while working and all gas will be paid for by the company. This is NOT a take home vehicle and is expected to be dropped off and picked up at our office in Duluth daily. Keeping the vehicle overnight can be arranged on a case by case basis. ***Optional*** You MAY provide your own vehicle and you will make an extra $400 per month. A $15 / day fuel stipend will be given to you for gas. The vehicle needs to be able to seat 4 people including yourself, as well as trunk/storage space for supplies. Your vehicle must have a jack and spare tire at all times and be in good working order. You must provide proof of insurance and proof of roadside assistance. You will still receive $20 per each day worked for team pick up/drop off assistance. Benefits that we offer are fully paid premium vision and dental insurance. We also are proud to offer a 401k program with up to 2% match by the company. Employees in this role will be granted 5 days of PTO per year. Benefit accrual begins after the first 60 days.
