Job description We have an 80 space community in Starkville, MS. We value our residents and maintain high-quality communities for our residents. We are in need of maintenance workers that would assist our Property Manager with work orders, grounds upkeep, etc. You will be responsible for your assigned work orders, as well as assisting in home turnovers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Light Plumbing Repairs Flooring Drywall Repairs Electrical Repairs Roof Repairs Deck Repairs Painting Lawn care/Weed Removal Trash Pickup 2+ years of maintenance/renovation experience required. Familiarity with phone apps and taking pictures is a plus. There is a maintenance bonus program in place to earn bonuses for completing work orders and home turnovers in a timely manner.
