We are looking for qualified HVAC Technicians with strong communication skills to service our clients in the Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin areas. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC Industry, must be able to work in a team environment and to perform various duties including trouble shooting, maintenance, diagnostics, repair and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment. Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record. Must pass background check. Experience in the HVAC Industry. Ability to diagnose, repair and service residential and commercial air conditioning and heating systems. Ability to test, repair or replace defective equipment, electrical circuits, components, or wiring. Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage and current meters, thermocouples and flow sensors. Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field. Have EPA Refrigeration Certification to handle EPA Type 1 and 2 or Universal refrigerant or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire. Have your own tools. Excellent "people" skills. Lifting and carrying heavy equipment. Work from 28' extension ladder. Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. In addition to salary, performance based compensations are calculated and paid as incentives. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift On call
