Looking for an accountable maintenance person!

We are looking to add another maintenance person to our staff, specifically for two 30-some unit complexes in the Roselawn area. We use an app to get daily updates from you on jobs, before/after photos, receipts, ect. (We buy all materials) We are very easy to work with as long as you are able to communicate with us MUST HAVE: Transportation, Tools, Smart phone, Ability to pass a drug test Employee will be a 10-99 Contractor
