2 Giant Cameroon Millipedes

Description

Hello, I'm looking to re-home my 2 Giant Cameroon Train Millipedes (Mardonius parilis acuticonus), they are identical to the Giant African Millipede aside for slightly higher humidity needs (I keep them between 75%-100%). They grow up to 12" long and are black in color. I purchased these Captive Bred from Reptile Island in Stanton. I recently moved, and had to re-home many of my inverts, but these I have not found a home for. They are currently happily housed in a 12x12x12 enclosure (not included) with 6" of milli-mix substrate, they are fed leftover veggies, along with a decent littering of non-toxic leaves (included), aswell as a cuttle bone for calcium. Extremely low maintenance, and fantastic to hold. They're much more active than my Giant African Millipedes, and love to sleep on the surface under logs/cork bark. I will include a 10gal terrarium and all necessary components, you will just need to buy 1-2 bags of Milli-mix or similar substrate (I can provide a link if needed). Their current substrate is bioactive with a strong springtail colony so there is no need for cleanup. They're ready to go, I just don't have the space! I paid $130 per Millipede, as these are an uncommon and rare breed in the hobby, only species that rivals the African Giant in size. If I factor in everything included I'd probably be taking a $500 loss, but such is life. I'm asking a $120obo rehousing fee, that's all, as I'd use the money to buy food for my other animals. Please, TEXT me with any questions, I'm an open book. I can get more photos if necessary, no issue. Thanks! - L
