Do you have symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI), like frequent or painful urination? The study medication is designed to help women with UTIs by targeting bacteria that have become resistant to available antibiotics. Study participants may be able to join the study if they meet the following requirements*: -Female 18 years of age or older -Experiencing UTI symptoms, including: - Frequent/urgent urination - Painful or burning urination - Pain above the pubic region Symptoms that have lasted between 1-4 days Have not taken antibiotics for a UTI within the past week * Other study requirements will apply Study participants receive at no cost: • 50% chance of receiving the study medication • If you do not receive the study medication, you will receive an approved antibacterial medication instead • Study-related health assessments • Study support and monitoring by a healthcare team • The opportunity to help advance research around UTIs and the bacteria that cause them For more information about the study and to see if you qualify, please contact the site: (M-F 9am-3pm)
