Description
Husky/wheaten terrier mix
(Mom 50lbs/Dad 30lbs)
-4 female and 3 male.
-Puppies will be 8 weeks and ready for homes week of 11/18 or after.
-Puppies will have first shots and wormer treatments.
- Accidental litter from our family dogs (we are not breeders). Both parents are healthy and have been with us since they were puppies. We don't know what to expect from looks or behavior. Here's some of what we do know and suspect:
-Both parents were "easy" to train, have mild temperament, and a high prey drive.
- Huskies have high maintenance fur. If you aren't familiar with the breed please research it/blowouts/etc. Our girl is very well behaved, doesn't bark, doesn't respond to any recall training, and is a "howler" when she needs/wants something. She's very independent.
- Wheatens are hypoallergenic. Ours doesn't shed. He is a very big people person and very social. He's extremely well behaved, patient, affectionate, and he does bark when his home is visited.
- The puppies are all unique. Here's our best guess on physical traits:
*Cinnamon- F, smallest, strong wheaten traits
* Dill & Nutmeg- M, biggest, strong husky traits
* Sage & Pepper- F/M, med size, mostly wheaten traits (coat appears wheaten)
* Honey- F, small, mostly husky traits w/wheaten coat
* Basil- F, small, mostly husky traits
It's very important to us to find good long term homes for our puppies. RF to deter anyone that might not be serious about the commitment.
