Roofing Manager – Yard/Field Well established So Cal Roofing Company looking to hire full-time yard/field manager. Must be Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Experience required (minimum 3-5 years) in the following areas: • Roofing and or construction industry • Direct supervision of employees • Dispatch crews to jobsite locations • Maintenance of equipment, yard & vehicles • Assist with loading material on trucks and getting crews off to job sites • Document organization, material receipts, work orders, fuel receipts • Computer Experience – Tech Savvy, Microsoft Office, Email, Text • Maintain & Organize PPE Equipment (Personal Protective Equipment) • On time, reliable, good attendance • Material inventory & organization • Must follow company safety guidelines • Clean driving record • Must have the ability to do physical labor, lifting over 65 lbs • Deliver & Pick Up Equipment/Materials when needed. • Unload trucks, remove trash to prep for next day. • Positive attitude with desire to grow and improve • Team and goal oriented • Quality Control Job Type: Full-time
