We are searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician to work at our beautiful property in North Las Vegas, NV. The Maintenance Technician performs all general facility maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production. The ideal candidate will: • Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to both the interior of the building as well as the exterior. • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry • Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs • Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention Benefits: • Paid Time Off • Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Essential Job Functions: • Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, tables, irrigation HVAC cleanout. (45% time) • Perform general maintenance throughout the facility. (20% time) • Apply general working knowledge of appliance and repair. (5% time) • Apply general working knowledge of Grow Room maintenance. (15% time) • Complete all necessary work orders and inventory requirements. (10% time) • Performs other duties as assigned by department manager. (5% time) Qualifications: • Education: High School diploma or equivalent training/experience required • Basic maintenance training 1-2 years • Ability to take direction and complete tasks • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments Experience: • Maintenance Technician: 1 year (Preferred) • Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) • 1 year in role or similar role is preferred
