Empire Parking Lot Services is Hiring "Class A" Drivers! Southern California's fastest-growing paving contractor is looking for Class-A Drivers to join our asphalt production team. Our office is located in Orange, California and we service the entire Southern California Area. To be eligible for this position some experience is preferred. Responsibilities for this position include: Driving Commerical vehicles to and from job sites, loading and unloading equipment, asphalt preparation work, surface cleaning, shoveling, and asphalt raking. Key Responsibilities: Hauling/picking up asphalt from plants. Driving Dump truck & equipment trailers to and from Jobsite Locations. Safely Driving, loading, unloading, and moving equipment and trailers. Maintaining cleanliness of Trucks and Trailers. Documenting and Requesting Repairs of assigned equipment. Filling out Daily Driver Logs and Performing Pretrip Inspections. When on Jobs you will assist the team on the ground performing asphalt paving laborer duties as well. Laborer Duties: Asphalt preparation work. (ie. Cleaning, Blowing, and Tack Coating) Shoveling. Raking Asphalt. Sweeping. Class A Driver Position Requirements: Must be able to pass a drug screen Must be able to meet all safety requirements Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required Must possess a valid CA.
