The Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper position is a great job for someone that doesn't want to sit in an office or behind a desk all day. The Porter/Groundskeeper will maintain the entire exterior and common areas of the community daily to enhance curb appeal and service. Must comply with all safety instructions.
