At some time in the distant future, we may have the technology to generate and store electrical energy to meet the needs of hundreds of millions of Americans but that is well into the future. For the present, we have no choice other than to use the energy that we have now which is oil. coal and gas. Even Germany is being forced to restart their coal fired generators to try to keep their country moving. What is funny is that those like the two posters who demand we stop using fossil fuels are also those who complain about the high cost of fuel and the ability of the oil companies to take advantage of the idiotic decisions made by the president and greenies who demand he reduce oil production.
