Installing air conditioning systems and refrigerator equipment Start up units including charging system Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources. Ensuring compliance with OSHA & EPA standards Participate in technical training Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice. ***Willing to train the right candidates with no experience*** REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently Valid driver’s license Ability to work in confined spaces Reliable and self-motivated Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
