Description

The Warehouse Manager manages the warehouse / shop and staff so that utility construction can be completed in an orderly, timely, and cost-effective fashion. When necessary, he/she operates equipment, picks up and delivers equipment to various locations Must be able to communicate with management, have prior knowledge of construction methods, telecom industry preferred, and the ability to lead a staff of 4 or more people. Must be able to read and understand invoices and receipts, have a valid Driver License. The Warehouse managers job duties include but are not limited to: • Oversee picking(pulling) of specific items and equipment related to construction jobs. • Manage the storage, receiving, and dispatching of equipment from clients and to job sites. • Scheduling pick-ups and returns of material/equipment. • Maintenance of all office and shop sanitation and administrative functions • Ordering materials for all sites as needed. Electrical, consumables etc. • Scanning of all equipment for both AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon sites. • Fill out forms for decom equipment, schedule returns and send AMF, RMA to required personnel. • Bi monthly inventory true up of AT&T equipment. (Scan all assets to warehouse) • Monthly inventory true up of T-Mobile equipment. (Scan all assets to warehouse) • Oversee and schedule maintenance of company fleet, renew registration and provide insurance for vehicles as needed.
