We are an 8yr full service exterior remodeling company with an excellent team mentality. We are licensed in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are currently seeking to expand our presence in this community and looking for quality, experienced, team players in all areas of our business, including ROOFING, SIDING, GUTTERS, PAINTING, & SOLAR. We will have consistent work in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and the surrounding communities. We are projecting 25-35x JOBS PER WEEK with work year round!! Direct Deposit available within 5x business days of final inspection. Required Skills and Responsibilities for ALL Roles: - Excellent ethics, morals and workmanship - Articulate, professional and consistent communication - Self-motivated and disciplined Required Skills and Responsibilities for ALL A-List Sales Roles: - Salesman (comp between 50%-65% of profit) - Salesman Manager (comp avg of team profits + 10% from each team member profits) Required Skills and Responsibilities for ALL Installer Roles: - Your own truck and tools WITH trailer for debris - Proper insurance - Full install crew, to handle multiple jobs per day if needed - At least two years of installation experience - Must be able to pass a background check, I9 / SSN / Visa We are interviewing ASAP.
