1. This position will need to drive to a specific list of properties, take pictures, post notice, possibly talk to occupants, and possibly talk to neighbors. This is NOT door to door on random homes. 2. You will start earning soon if accepted. This is ideal for these who are self-motivated and have flexible time schedule. 3. This is a small family business, team oriented, and hours are flexible. Pay is cash up front for each house, PLUS bonus of $200 to $1000 per closed property. 4. This is a PART TIME position with an impressive income. Could be full time depending on areas willing to drive. -Clean cut and professional appearance. -Must have reliable transportation. -No drugs. -Clean and valid drivers license. -Must be reliable and maintain good communication.
