Needing a part time maintenance person to live on site. Would need to have experience in in all areas of Apartment Maintenance. Please include this experience when you contact us. You would be able to have another full time job as this is part time and hours are flexible. Would need transportation. Experience with Electric Plumbing and HVAC would be a big plus.
We would offer a free Studio apartment with all the bills paid including cable and internet and a
free on site laundry. You would need to pass a background check and supply references.
