This will be 45min session
Will include cardio
Strength training
Flexibility training
(All training will usually be done outside)
Bring sweats or at least long sleeve and shorts and let's put in work
First timers will get a 20min on phone or in person assessment (which ever is more convenient for client)
For me to understand your goals and schedule
Price 30$ every 2week or
10$ a session
