Need licensed HVAC tech to upgrade residential AC

Homeowner here looking to hire a licensed HVAC tech to replace a leaking R-22 condenser with a new, customer supplied, Goodman R-410a unit. Job will require evacuating the existing system, flushing the lines/evaporator coil and installing a new, customer supplied TXV kit. Existing system is a First Co 36HBXB-HW unit. Looking to do this ASAP.
