The ideal vendor(s) will be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and possess strong communication skills, implement the company’s Standard Operating Procedures, interface with corporate departments and source experienced personnel. Based upon experience and capacity, the potential vendor(s) will oversee 10 to 60, walkup buildings in the Brooklyn area.
Responsibilities:
1) Janitorial Services – Maintain the cleanliness, exterior and interior of a large portfolio of buildings.
2) Coordinate the delivery and procurement of materials and equipment.
3) Responsible for inventory management of facility equipment.
4) Maintain a daily log of property operations, reporting to management as necessary.
5) Create schedules for your own crew and hire accordingly based on continued portfolio growth.
6) Timely billing of work order invoices.
7) Conduct and Schedule maintenance repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
8) Provide access for all inspections including boilers, insurance, compliance.
9) Perform Ad Hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:
Experience with plumbing, electric, carpentry is a must
