Staining porch with protective stain

Looking for someone to help stain a new porch with a weather-protectant stain. Porch is treated lumber. Will respond to bids and pay going rate. Will require worker to: 1) Obtain necessary protectant stain to (example below) and rollers/brushes to cover area from Home Depot / Menards 2) Do a brief cleaning of any debris or dirt (should be minimal, porch is brand new) 3) Apply stain to porch, railings and support posts (ladder required and must be supplied); horizonal beam on house in picture NOT to be stained 4) Complete any necessary clean up
