Looking to hire local drag queens

I went to Google for hiring drag queens and other lgbtq for my daughter's birthday in a few months. I got a list and realized I didn't know what company's promote good work envirments and gave fair pay. I was hopeful someone could help me. This would be a child's (under 10 over 5) birthday. That would promote acceptance, happiness, and beauty. Answeing questions, having conversations and offering simple make up (i can buy supplies) in a public rented space. My child is neurdivergent and struggles fitting in. She has fallen in love with tik tok stars like Jeffery Marsh, Trans handy man, and so many others that live by their truth. She choose this over Disney princesses. Does anyone know of a local company or service that can help me out?
