GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS * Must have a valid class “E” Florida driver’s license and a good driving record * Must be available to work, on time and according to the schedule * Must be available for overtime and weekends when necessary * Always arrive on the job with a neat, clean appearance * Ability to lift 80 pounds unassisted * Ability to climb ladders, including extension ladders * Must have a basic set of hand tools and knowledge of how to use them Appliance Knowledge * Must have the knowledge & ability to pull washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges & any other appliance away from their location to make it accessible for repairs * Should have knowledge of all makes & models of the following appliances: Refrigerators Ranges (inc. self-cleaning) Washers & dryers, washer/dryer combos Dishwashers Microwaves *Have the ability to read & understand electrical schematics & block troubleshooting charts *Must have your own volt-ohm meter, amp probe or watt meter, and an electric drill Bilingual (English - Spanish) a plus Health /Vision/Dental insurance after 90 days.
