If it's bad for us to forgive all those student loans (and really it's just up to $20K) then I guess we should make all those people in Congress and corporations pay back the PPP money then. Right? I mean MTG owes us ~$300K then. And there's a long list that make up trillions of dollars that we forgave under the PPP plan. "" Here's the deal, Snowflake: ANYBODY who takes out a LOAN, must sign a CONTRACT, which OBLIGATES them to PAY IT BACK. The American Taxpayers should not be on the hook to pay for loans to students, PERIOD. American taxpayers did not ask for the loan, they did not sign for the loan, and they did not benefit from the loan. What would this be teaching our young folks? Irresponsibility is OK, as long as you belong to the right social group ?? You don't necessarily have to pay back loans? -- Only if your last name is Biden, who took a $5 Million "forgivable loan" from China. The other thing is, MOST of the students who would qualify for this loan forgiveness are rich white kids. How do the liberal snowflakes justify that, in this age of 'affirmative action'? Joe Biden does NOT have the authority to cancel loans. PERIOD. Any spending - especially half a Trillion$$ - must go through Congress for approval. Biden is trying to BUY VOTES. -- 43 Million students could be affected. That's a lot of fucking votes. The deal will probably fall through, because it's illegal. But Biden's lip service to students will resonate with some of them anyway.
