This 1 hour event will include a step by step demonstration on how to build your own charcuterie box, led by Julia of Charjuterie. You'll begin with your foundation of meats and cheeses and finish with sweet and savory accompaniments that will round out your beautifully crafted charcuterie box. By the end of class, you’ll be an expert in cheese arrangements and salami folding! Class includes everything needed for your take home charcuterie box as well as bottomless mimosas! Meet Julia A year ago a friend of mine had asked me to do something I’d never done before - to build an 8 foot charcuterie table at her wedding. At first, I was hesitant because I had never “built” a charcuterie board of that size, but no one loves cheese & Charcuterie as much as I do, so I agreed.. Fast forward a few months later, the table was a success & Charjuterie was born. Since then, I’ve been working with all different types of hostests & events to help curate the charcuterie table of their dreams. All of my tables are 100% personalized and meant to capture every little detail. Whether it’s featuring couples first date meals or incorporating birthday party themes into my spread, no two tables will ever be alike.
