We are excited that you’ll be showcasing your products at our 2022 Holiday Pop up Shop at HAYVN on Tuesday 12/6 from 4-7pm. Vendor fee (Members): $50 Vendor fee (Non-members): $150 Register by Monday, 11/21 This will also be a social event for members and friends of HAYVN, we’ll provide drinks and light appetizers while they walk around and shop. Event Details General admission: FreeOpen to members and friends of HAYVNPromoting the Event - WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are promoting this event across all of our channels including our weekly newsletter of 5000+ subscribers.We encourage you to heavily promote this event to your network to make this successful. Set-up On 12/6, vendor set up starts at 2pm but must be completed by 3:30pm.Bring a wagon/cart to help you carry your products upstairs.There is ample parking outside the building.Once you enter 320 Darien Crossing, walk up the stairs to the second floor or press 1 in the elevator. Tables will be distributed throughout the space. Set up on the table that has a sign with your business. Tables are approx. 5 feet long without cloths, so plan your display accordingly. Clean Up The event will run until 7pm. We ask that you attend your table throughout and that you start the clean up process at 7pm.
