One meal per household. Registration Required. This year we will be distributing at the Safeway located in Fountain on Mesa Ridge Parkway. It is a walk-up pick up, look for the Mt. Carmel Table! At the time of pickup you will need to bring: • Registration Verification • Photo I.D. matching the registration • Verification of military service (i.e. DD 214, Retiree DoD ID, VA ID, or Gov ID/Driver’s License (with Veteran indicator) November 16, 2022 and 9am-1pm Location: Safeway 6925 Mesa Ridge Parkway, Fountain, CO 80817
