The space itself (Enzo Flats) is surrounded by Art as it is a full time Art gallery. Located in the heart of downtown Brockton, this experience is sure to set (or reset) the tone for the rest of the month. Happening on the first Saturday of every month, it is a perfect way to start your morning off for an hour 1/2, which is sure to be filled with the energy rebalancing you need or have been looking for! Included activities are as follows: -1 hour Vinyasa style Yoga Class led by a Black Woman -Jazz, R&B, slow groove tunes -Aromatherapy (different scent chosen for each class) -Sound healing by way of Crystal bowls/triangle, wooden chimes, and other instruments -Time & space for introspection by way of a Journal Prompt and opened up for Group Discussion ***Payments have been categorized into different tiers, so you can give from a full heart, instead of from a place of uncertainty, and as things change in your own life you can adjust as you see fit*** Hope to see YOU there!
