DUO│Signage + Graphics, a modern printing and graphics company, is currently searching for sign installers to join our team. This is a full-time, direct hire position available immediately, with several positions open for motivated, hard-working, experienced signage installers within the growing field of digitally printed graphics. Successful candidates will perform various types of graphics-related and architectural signage installs throughout the MD/DC/VA area (and occasionally beyond). Responsibilities: Installing architectural and way-finding signage Installing cut vinyl and etched vinyl on various surfaces Hanging framed and/or mounted prints and banners Requirements: Self-motivation and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends). Mechanically inclined Light carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand tools Able to lift/carry heavy objects Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding A valid drivers license and clean driving record Attention to detail, and an eye for consistency Ability to effectively communicate with clients when necessary Dependable, professional, and solution oriented A positive, can-do attitude Experience in the signage industry - minimum one year Schedule: 8 hour day shift (with occasional evening/weekend shifts) Monday to Friday Overtime Benefits We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive medical benefits, and a retirement plan with employer match.
