Hatch, Huntington Village’s happy place, is set to be a late-night hot spot as they kick off Hatch after Dark on Friday November 4th at 5pm.
Long Islanders will be able to hatch on into their happy place late night and enjoy creative cocktails and an exciting menu with fresh takes on classic dishes. The menu will feature flavorful Wagyu hot dogs on thick fluffy bread and loaded with delicious toppings; like the ‘Chili Joel’ which is topped with smoked brisket chili, “captain jack” cheddar cheese and pickled jalapeños or the ‘Jumpman’ which is a Chicago style wagyu hot dog with smoked gouda cheese, crispy onions, and scallions.
The unique menu will allow Customers to experience Hatch in a new way. Chefs are bringing new tastes forward with their classic and creative takes on buttermilk crispy chicken sandwiches, freshly made Belgian stuffed waffles, and even some dishes for those ‘trying to be good’.
Guests can enjoy vibrant, unique cocktails that are so delicious they will be worth prioritizing. Warm up with a hot cocoa from the Spike Hot Chocolate Bar or stick with the basics and sip on a mimosa or a bloody Mary. Get your coffee fix with cocktails like the espresso martini, dirty iced caramel latte or spiked pumpkin pie latte.
There will also be shareable sips like Therapy Session which includes chilled champagne, earl grey infused vodka, crème de poire, vanilla syrup,
lemon juice, and lemon wheels.
The first Hatch After Dark will kick off on Friday, November 4th and consistently run every Friday and Saturday from 5PM-10PM.
