We are excited to announce that California’s recent health improvements has made it possible for Rotary to begin the preparations for this year’s Pancake Breakfast that will take place on November 13. As you may know, we are committed to several local and global humanitarian causes therefore it is part of our goal to raise the appropriate funds from our community and local business who share a similar philanthropic mission. Due to the success of our other fundraiser events, Rotary has been able to make positive impacts within Malibu starting with our youth. We recognize the importance of education and the provision of scholarships for students attending Malibu High School and Malibu Elementary. Rotary events like have provided scholarships for students seeking higher education, a stepping stone that we believe molds young minds to become leaders and activists in their communities. Additional proceeds of the fundraiser and raffle will go to nonprofits and community organizations such as the Malibu Sharks Surf Team. Our event will also be honoring first responders within the community. We look forward to your attendance in celebrating their contributions to our safety and wellness.
