Join Group for the East End and Wild Heart Nature Connection for a forest bathing immersion at Downs Farm Preserve on November 26, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. November is about balance, resilience and reflection. We’ll walk the trail to the water’s edge, slowing down and noticing what’s in motion when it isn’t us. The trees are ready to show us how lovely it is to let go, and we’ll appreciating their Autumn foliage. We’ll make some forest art together and get to know the trees and rocks as ancestors. A forest walk ends with a tea ceremony, something that could have been foraged on the land. Please wear closed shoes and long pants. Ages 18+.
