What this class includes: - Share circle to set a safe space - Sensual Movement (feel yo'self!) - Yoga/Dance - Sacred sisterhood - Releasing & Manifesting - Aromatherapy - Breathwork - Opening the throat chakra You do not need to be an expert at yoga or dance. Just come and whatever level you are at is perfect <3 Completely diffeerent than any yoga/movement class you've been to - less about structure & more about finding what feels good to you!
