The practice of Reiki, to me, feels like tuning into a radio station of positive self talk. Do you find your thoughts are self-critical or even self-harming? You just don't FEEL better and you are having a hard time believing that things could be any different?? It is time to try Reiki! Reiki is a simple practice that taps into your body's own wisdom and a universal light energy that is just innately human. You will find anxiety melting away and no matter what crap is going on in your life, this practice will help you to still find your way to gratitude and joy. Studies have shown that Reiki can: -Bring on a meditative state. -Foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery. -Stimulate your body’s immune system. -Promote natural self-healing. -Relieve pain and tension. -Bring about Peace, Relaxation, Security and Wellness. Weekend highlights: Friday 6 -7 pm Sound Healing & Chakra Activation Followed by Fire & Pizza Party Saturday, November 12th from 10am - 6pm, Full Day of Reiki Education, followed by a light dinner. Attunements will take place throughout Sat evening and into Sunday morning. Sunday 10am - Morning Group Reiki Practice and Send off! For those coming from out of town I have accommodations for 3-5 people onsite (depending on whether you use the bring a friend discount and bunk in together.) I also have a glamping option and additional recommendations for sleeping spaces within walking distance. Cost to attend: $100 per person for programing.
