We are back for the last installment of our extremely popular Couple's Cook Class for 2022. For this harvest version, you will be preparing Spinach Gnocchi, sauteed in a brown butter sage sauce and drizzle with spicy honey, along side our Executive Chef, the one and only Chef Craig Johnson and our amazing culinary team. Chef Craig's career spans over 30 years taking him around the world and is head of the entire culinary operation at the Claridge Hotel.
After class, you will enjoy a 3 course dinner in our Twenties Italian Bistro, with your choice of soup or salad, choice of entree and dessert.
