Aromatized wine (or fortified wine) is a long-time process of adding herbs, spices, fruit or other natural flavorings to wine. We will taste vermouth, amari, bitters, and other types of fortified wine in an educational tasting led my one of Dallas' most well-known experts, Jose Gonzalez. Your ticket will include a tasting and cheese to accompany the aromatized wine.
