At Crisp & Green - we bring more than made-from scratch salads, grain bowls and smoothies to the community. We also host FREE wellness events as our commitment to you and being able to spread health and wellness everywhere. During a group stretch, our Flexologist will assist and guide you through a series of seated and standing stretches as well as how to work with stretching tools like stretch straps and foam rollers. It doesn't matter what your flexibility level is - anyone looking to kick-start their flexibility journey is welcomed! *REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT* Attendees will receive free Augas Frescas after class!
