Join us for our inaugural 76104 Phoenix Festival. You don't have to live in 76104 to come out and enjoy a day full of healthcare, selfcare, community joy and limitless fun. The activities will be divided in two segments- Healthcare Justice & Community Joy! 10:00 am-2:00 pm Come out and join our Farmer's Market hosted by local farms and gardeners; schedule free screenings or vaccinations; pick up some free household items; join a workout session with professional trainers; or watch the kids play and learn at our Kids Korner. 4:00 pm-9:00 pm Enjoy The Taste of 76104. Local artists and performers will take the stage while you enjoy a taste of 76104's best restaurants and food vendors. Food tickets sold at event. There will be something for everybody. We believe it is up to us to start facing forward to the zip code’s future and celebrating the significant assets it already contains. Despite the UT Southwestern report that 76104 had the lowest life expectancy of 66.7 years in Texas, we continue to amplify our efforts to see the Historic Southside, Morningside, and Hillside communities improve the life outcome of their family and community. It is not lost on us that most of these inequities result from structural and systemic racism, yet our efforts to realize the community’s most significant potential are unwavering. This festival will provide a beacon of hope by advancing healthcare justice and community joy.
