The goal is for you to experience it, see what works for you and begin to show up the very next day. Micro-moments - Help you steady and ground when overwhelm hits - Increase resiliency and grit - Foster a sense of agency and control over your life, even when everything seems out of control - Increase joy, happiness and presence - Gives color to life Are you ready to experience? 🌀Breathing and meditation (tip: it is not clearing your mind) 🌀A shift in perspective 🌀Different appreciation for movement and connection 🌀Connection with like-minded people Dinner at Front Row, Homer Glen IL Dinner will be served after the "experiences" around 7 pm. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following: 1. The purpose of the event is to improve the overall health, vitality and well-being through an education event. 2. Tina Musselman, is a licensed dietitian and licensed professional counselor. 3. As part of the event, I may choose to share or disclose personal information. Although privacy is encouraged, it cannot be guarenteed in a group setting. The event is not a therapeutic clinical setting. I will participate and share at my own risk. 4. Tina Musselman, The Pointe, is in no way liable for my health or safety. 5. In consideration of my participation in the Micro-Moments on 11/19/2022 at Front Row and Beyond Healing, I hereby accept all risk to my health, including injury or death that may result from such participation and I hereby release the The Pointe, on my behalf and on behalf of my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns from any and all costs, claims, causes of action and damages arising from any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur as a result of my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 6. I understand that any programs/events I undertake a with The Pointe, Inc. are undertaken of my own free will. I accept that the ultimate responsibility for my health care is my own and that The Pointe, Inc. is here to support me in this. I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any manner of loss, injury, claim or damage whatsoever, known or unknown, incurred as a result of same and I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for any loss, injury, claim or damage sustained as a result of my attendance and/or participation. By purchasing a ticket: I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OUTLINED ABOVE.
