Get your Smoked Reuben ticket here (on sale Friday, Oct 28th 10am CST while they last). Only a limited number of Smoked Reuben Sandwiches will be made available and you can only purchased here, in advance. Once purchased, you then bring your ticket with you to ReubenFest 2022 at the Crescent Moon Ale House, during kitchen hours. You will need a printed copy or your phone with the ticket, no exceptions. Once you are seated, you will need to inform your server/bartender that you have a pre-paid Smoked Reuben Sandwich ticket. They will scan the barcode on the ticket when you place your order, once scanned, the barcode is then void and it cannot be scanned again. You can then choose your side with the server/bartender; fries, chips and salsa, creamy coleslaw, or for an added charge a cup of soup or a house salad. By implementing the pre-purchased Smoked Reuben tickets, we are hoping to make this a better experience for all, as the customer can come in anytime from kitchen open to close (see times below) during ReubenFest 2022 (Nov. 7th-12th). And, our kitchen and front of house staff won't be bombarded with the orders and pressure to get these in for the people waiting. Kitchen Times: Monday: 11am-10pmTuesday - Thursday: 11am-11pmFriday & Saturday: 11am-Midnight**Please note that there may be higher wait times during peak dining hoursImportant info about the ticket: The barcode can only be scanned once. Once the ticket has been scanned, it is then marked as used and cannot be scanned again. If it is scanned a second time, it will say that the ticket has already been scanned. If that happens, we will not be able to provide the Smoked Reuben Sandwich as there is only a limited amount made for ReubenFest, so keep that ticket close to you :)There are no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. You can give your ticket to someone else, but remember that barcode can only be scanned once and then it is void.During peak times there may be a wait of 2+hours. Peak times are generally 6-8pm, but wait times will vary. So, please plan accordingly.There is a max limit of two tickets per EventBrite order.You will have to come in to redeem the ticket.
