DescriptionWake your family with the aroma of freshly baked, buttery croissants from your own oven. You'll practice the classic French techniques for making these flakey rich pastries. In this 5-hour class, you will create croissant dough as well as puff pastry and then produce a variety of treats with the doughs.
For ages 18 & up. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
