Tito's Handmade Vodka is excited to present the second annual "Tito's Shorties Classic." Taking place November 7, 2022 at Butler Pitch and Putt, the Shorties Classic will feature the game of "Tito’s Texas Team Skins," played by four PGA TOUR professionals: Joel Dahmen, Harry Higgs, Keith Mitchell, and Beau Hossler. For every point each player wins in Skins, Tito's will donate $10,000 to the charity they have chosen to play for, for a total donation of $350,000. All ticket sales, after taxes and ticket service fees, will be donated to charity as well. The stakes are high, the play will be electric and with color commentary by sports broadcaster and golf analyst Amanda Balionis Renner and the Bob Does Sports crew, the Shorties Classic is the can't-miss event of the fall. Doors: 2:00 PM Play Begins: 3:00 PM Event Ends: 5:30 PM Note: This event is 21+ with government approved identification. Parking: Parking onsite will not be available. We encourage attendees to utilize ride share or park at the Palmer Events Center Parking garage at 900 Barton Springs Road. Parking is $8 and they accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. Rules: This event will be filmed. No professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment. Please refrain from wearing clothing with large brand logos. No outside food or beverages allowed. Clear Bag Policy: All bags will be searched before entry. Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 4.5" x 5.5" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket. All other bags must be fully clear and made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and be no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" ONLY. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER ARISING OUT OF YOUR ATTENDANCE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, RISKS RELATED TO COVID-19, LOSS OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY, INJURY, OR DEATH FROM A GOLF SHOT OR BY OTHER SPECTATORS OR PLAYERS, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE TITO’S, THE HOST ORGANIZATION, THE HOST SITE, TELEVISION BROADCASTERS, SPONSORS, VENDORS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, AND ALL VOLUNTEERS, PARTICIPATING PLAYERS AND CADDIES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF SUCH LOSSES, INJURIES, ILLNESS OR DEATH. FURTHERMORE, IN NO EVENT SHALL TITO’S BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR THIRD-PARTY DAMAGES INCURRED, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF TITO’S HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OR POSSIBILITY SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE INCURRED.
