Chef Chayil Johnson of Community Matters Cafe and Chef Tootie Morrison of Earnestly Tootie’s in Shreveport, Louisiana come together to highlight their takes on classic Louisiana dishes. This is an alcohol free event. You will enjoy a five-course dinner paired with three mocktails. For this event we are partnering with Louisiana Culinary Trails. For nearly 15 years, the Louisiana Travel Association has promoted the unique culinary scene throughout the state with the Louisiana Culinary Trails campaign. In addition to providing foodies and travelers from around the globe with mouthwatering road trip ideas around the state, it also takes the program on the road to major cities throughout the country. The goal of the program is to showcase the culinary traditions and styles of Louisiana by pairing a Louisiana chef with a Charlotte chef for a special one-night only collaboration menu and to position Louisiana as a culinary destination.
