Coexistence Agreements Doug Lineberry, Partner, Burr & Forman LLP Doug is a Partner at Burr & Forman LLP, who specializes in assisting clients with protecting intellectual property through patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, as well as intellectual property litigation. Doug has experience drafting and successfully prosecuting patent applications for various fields, including mechanical, medical, and chemical technologies. He helps clients with establishing and protecting trademark portfolios, guarding against improper third-party use, and conducting enforcement actions. John Roberts, Partner, Burr & Forman LLP John is a Partner at Burr & Forman in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group. He works with clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including business planning and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and general corporate counseling. John also has a wide range of litigation experience in business and administrative matters. He has appeared before all trial and appellate courts in South Carolina and has represented clients before the federal district and circuit courts. John received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, his LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.A. from Clemson University.
