Proceeds from the tournament directly support services provided by AltaMed Medical and Dental Group, Huntington Beach. Your direct support of this year’s golf tournament fulfills AltaMed's commitment to provide care for all who need it. With your help, we can improve the health and well-being of the underserved in our community Covid-19 Guidelines:AltaMed will be closely monitoring and adhering to all CDC regulations leading up to the Golf Tournament Please note that as this is a private event, AltaMed has the right to determine additional COVID-19 safety protocols, above those minimum State, Federal and CDC requirements. All guests/vendors will be asked to adhere to the following: Body temperature check prior to entering the venue. Proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination with at least one booster; OR proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken within 72 hours prior to the event. Guests who are not fully vaccinated will be allowed to attend the event as long as they provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken within 72 hours prior to the event.
