We recruit top talent and are currently seeking a full-time Certified Welding Inspector to be based in our growing Memphis, Tennessee location. This position involves visual inspection of structural steel, including bolted and welded connections, field inspection and performing non-destructive testing. Other responsibilities include coordinating testing assignments on various projects, maintaining testing equipment, report preparation and field work including safely climbing steel structures like buildings, cell phone towers and water tanks to heights in excess of 200 feet. Position will require 50+ hour work weeks (during periods of peak workload), as well as off-shift and weekend work, as required. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED required; • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required; • 3 years metals testing experience preferred; • ICC Bolting certification preferred; • Level II for UT, PT, MT certifications preferred; • You are open and willing to travel for this job. This position will require travel, and expenses are paid by the company; • Ability to climb heights in excess of 200 feet; • Experience in the use of fall protection equipment and personal fall arrest systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Successful candidate must meet requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy and Reference check program.
