The 11:11 portal, is a time to connect and center with our divine purpose. In this guided meditation we will align with the higher self as well as connect with our spiritual team. During this 25 minute guided meditation each will receive reiki healing. I have found combining reiki with meditation amplifies the individual's experience in mediation. No experience in meditation required. Following the meditation will be time to reflect, journal and share. Please bring any tools to offer comfort in meditation, journal, crystals, an open mind, and/or water. I do have chairs if needed.
