Dear all,
On behalf of the the USF School of Hospitality Food and Culture class students, I would like to cordially invite you to the International Luncheon: Taste of the Caribbean event on November 8th at 11:30am-12:45pm at the Marshall Student Center on USF Tampa campus (Room#: MSC 2709). This cultural ethnic experience is organized by the USF School of Hospitality International Food and Culture class students (Instructor: Dr. Aysegul Songur) in partnership with USF Dining/Aramark and will give you an idea about the amazing Caribbean food and culture. The Caribbean cuisine is very diverse being influenced by Latin American, Middle Eastern, European and African dishes, so our buffet will include a vast variety of Caribbean food and dessert. You can expect to enjoy the following menu items at our luncheon:
Salad: Roasted Beetroot with Orange Vinaigrette
Protein Entree: Jerk Chicken Thighs with Guava BBQ Sauce
Vegan Entree: Coconut Curry Chickpeas
Starch: Coconut Rice & Peas
Vegetable: Roasted Vegetable Medley
Bread: Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter
Dessert: Warm Cornmeal Pudding, coconut sauce
As well as tea/coffee/ice tea
